O2C Junior Accountant

Your main tasks
Support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Kraków
Perform cash collection processing, including reminders, customer communication, and resolving payment discrepancies
Assist with Credit Management activities, such as aging analysis, dunning, and credit risk review
Research and resolve customer disputes and monitor accounts for non-payments or delays
Manage blocked sales orders, deliveries, and recommend changes to credit limits
Prepare bad debt reserve calculations per corporate policy
Execute O2C reporting and monitor KPIs to ensure performance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Your ideal background
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an asset
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the industrial products or manufacturing industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
