Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the company’s CRM or call management software.
Ensure all customer interactions are followed through to completion, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
Stay informed about products and services offered by the company to better assist customers with their needs.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines in every interaction.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, call center technology, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive, empathetic attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Skills
Knowledge of languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others is a plus.
Ability to remain flexible with shifting priorities or expanding responsibilities.
Skilled in de-escalating conflicts and providing solutions to unhappy customers.
