JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the Controller along with the local Finance & Accounting teams by analyzing financial/operational data, cost variances, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This critical role requires ability to work independently, as well as build relationships to successfully collaborate to implement cross-functional projects.

YOU ARE

A Financial Analytical Thinker – Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operational reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data to provide key insights into business performance.

A Strategic Thinker – Identify and implement strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance.

A Performance Tracker & Trend Analyzer – Proficient in tracking performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of concern.

A Cross-Functional Collaborator – Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, serving as a business partner and providing high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

A Detail-oriented – high degree of accuracy in financial reporting, analysis, and data management, ensuring that all tasks are performed with precision and reliability.

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience with Power BI, ERP systems (e.g., Syspro), and financial modeling.

  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and financial analysis.

  • Ability to define issues, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
