JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the Controller along with the local Finance & Accounting teams by analyzing financial/operational data, cost variances, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. This critical role requires ability to work independently, as well as build relationships to successfully collaborate to implement cross-functional projects.
YOU ARE
A Financial Analytical Thinker – Compile and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and operational reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data to provide key insights into business performance.

A Performance Tracker & Trend Analyzer – Proficient in tracking performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of concern.

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI, ERP systems (e.g., Syspro), and financial modeling.
Knowledge of analytical techniques and financial analysis.
Ability to define issues, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.
Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
