As a Store Manager in training you will be a great fit if you thrive:

- - Leading the activities of full and part-time employees which may include Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s) - Recruiting, hiring, and training positive, enthusiastic employees ensuring excellent customer service and experiences. - Developing, managing, and assigning tasks appropriately to ensure that sites are clean, stocked, organized, and maintained based on Circle K standards. - Maintaining a professional and supportive environment for store teams and leadership. - Scheduling employees within Circle K guidelines maximizing the customer experience and maintaining excellent store presentation. - Implementing anti-discriminatory related management skills while hiring, training, counseling and motivating your team to success.

Site Relationships

- - Develop positive and professional relationships with all vendors. - Promote excellent customer service and resolve customer issued in a timely and professional manner. - Promote and ensure a safe, positive public image within the communities we serve. - Prepares on-going and timely performance appraisals in Workday for all employees, providing proper performance-based feedback, this including 30- and 60-Days check-ins, 90-Days, 12 Months, and ongoing Anniversary check-ins. - Trains all employees ensuring that customer service, store image and marketing execution meet Company standards. - Trains all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness. - Mentors and trains all employee on cash awareness and expectations to help reduce risk to Circle K and the Business Unit. - Ensures employees complete all required training in a timely manner.
