Whether you join our team as entry level or experienced, we provide on-the-job training for your journey to become a direct care staff. *[Summary of Position: We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to provide structure, supervision, and positive role modeling skills to male residents ages 10 to 17 in a therapeutic residential treatment setting. Both novice and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. - Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have Texas Drivers License/Identification
- Must have High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- Must be willing to work one day out of the weekend
