THE CLIENT
Publicis’ “Power of One” solution for L’Oreal, is a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind – to be L’Oreal’s partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving cosmetics & beauty landscape. Our London-based team will comprise of around 100+ people who are dedicated to L’Oreal’s business. In Paid Social specifically you’ll be joining a team of 11 experts ranging from Executive level to the Head of Paid Social Level. The team aims to be collaborative, innovative and bold in their approach bringing best in class paid social activation, strategy, optimisation and test and learn to 44 brands and their client teams.
Responsibilities
THE ROLE
We are looking for a new or experienced Paid Social Manager, to lead the strategic and tactical execution of the paid social campaigns with a particular focus on TikTok and TikTok shopping campaigns. Due to client growth and ambition in this area, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who’ll ensure the paid social media strategy is executed,(hands on) implementation and optimization tactics so goals are achieved, and client’s targets are met as efficiently as possible. Campaigns will be a mix of branding and direct response across all platforms, but with a specialism and focus in TikTok and TikTok shop campaigns. You’ll also work with partners including Meta, Snap, Pinterest and Reddit.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail and a growth mindset. TikTok shop is all about scaling shopping campaigns, driving ROAS for our clients and optimising campaigns to drive efficient revenue. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their team. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in paid social.
