Our team
Our SAP SuccessFactors team is looking for an experienced Functional consultant or SME with expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0 (additional modules are a bonus). The focus of this role is to work with our clients to support their HR transformation journeys, both advising on, and implementing leading practice processes in SuccessFactors. You will be able to confidently lead conversations with clients based on your own experience but also deliver the technical elements of SAP SuccessFactors.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating workshops and discussions with clients to understand their challenges and requirements while proposing potential solutions using SuccessFactors
Documenting requirements and process, while aligning this to a delivery plan
Able to complete the technical implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
Prepare test and training collateral as required to support the delivery of these modules
Working with wider teams on large scale implementation projects, which will include developing and supporting other members of the team
Supporting sales initiatives and proposals for new opportunities
Getting involved in support work when required
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the below skills and experience:
Strong understanding of the associated HR processes that are being delivered through the technology
The ability to translate the technical into something non-technical for a wide audience
It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as this will not just be a technical delivery role
Experience in delivering end to end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0
Understanding of the linkages with other SuccessFactors modules and dependencies / considerations
UK based client facing experience (on at least 2 to 3 projects if consulting, or other relevant experience)
A passion for learning and growth both for yourself and those around you
Open to getting involved in other aspects of the internal capability teams and delivery, including sales and support
