Position Overview
LENAX is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders. Provides direction and input on projects--from the design development stage through construction. May act as the client's primary representative on a project--establishing standards for meeting minutes, records, etc.; and, ensuring that Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements. Facilitates coordination with other of the client's divisions and regulatory agencies (e.g., Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate. Coordinates messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
15+ years of directly applicable experience required will depend upon the level of the position issued, and preferably on airport projects.
Minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or another related technical field. Master's Degree preferred. (Depending upon job posting specifics, additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may qualify and be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.)
Relevant Professional Licensure and/or Certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP, etc., or any other relevant Licensure or Certifications).
Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design and closeout.
Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), a plus.
Experience in alternative delivery methods strongly preferred.
Experience using a web-based, project management system such as Prolog, Procore, or Proliance.
Additional (Potential) - Preferred (but not Required) Qualifications
Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects strongly preferred.
A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).

As noted above, this is not a remote position. Those considered for the position must be able to report to the worksite (in the Los Angeles County area) on a regular schedule and, as needed. If approved for a "hybrid" schedule, it is considered a "benefit," and not a requirement. Complete workstations are available at the worksite, and are not provided to those authorized for the hybrid benefit. The hybrid benefit presumes that one has the necessary hardware, software, and high-speed Internet connectivity enabling them to perform the job duties. The hybrid schedule available would be M/F Remote and Tu, We, Th Onsite. Employees must be able to report to the worksite on Mondays and Fridays if needed.
All environmental, health and safety requirements must be complied with, as applicable.
Compensation – This would be a full-time, regular, exempt position. Projected rate/range will be $81 - $89/hr. ($168,480.00 - $185,120.00/yr.), depending upon qualifications.
