Boutique estate planning firm has an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant! This Legal Assistant will support a small team of attorneys and paralegals focusing on estate planning matters. The workplace will offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can grow your skills and gain valuable industry experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Los Gatos, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle E-filing and manage court filing procedures

• Draft and format legal documents with accuracy and precision

• Administer estate planning and estate law-related tasks

• Support probate and estate administration processes

• Maintain and manage probate law procedures

• Ensure the efficient administration of tasks related to document formatting

• Actively participate in the drafting of legal documents

• Contribute to the team by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a law firm

• Proficiency in Estate Planning and Estate Law is a plus but not required

• Proven ability to draft legal documents

• Skilled in document formatting

• Experience with court filing procedure preferred
