Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist proficient in using Fusion 360 software on Haas and Fadal 3 & 4 axis mills. The role involves machining raw stock and sending it to weld and fabrication areas. You will be responsible for setting up machines, changing tooling, offsets, and editing G & M codes. Experience in programming from scratch is a plus, although we have an offline programmer in the engineering department.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC mills and perform necessary tooling changes.
Edit G & M codes for tool changes and offsets.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
Troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
Collaborate with weld and fabrication areas to ensure smooth workflow.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in setting up CNC mills.
Ability to edit G & M codes for tool changes and offsets.
Experience in reading blueprints and maintaining tolerances.
Troubleshooting skills for machining issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Fusion 360 software.
The ability to program from scratch is a plus.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean and well-organized, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Employees are required to wear working attire with steel-toe boots, a welding helmet, and welding gloves. The facility is divided into multiple areas for work in process, starting with raw materials and creating a finished product all under one roof. Departments include Engineering, Machining, Welding, Metal Finishing, and Shipping/Receiving. Our culture is laid back and family-oriented, promoting long-term career growth and stability.

2nd Shift 4:30 pm-3 am Monday through Friday
