Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/ technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Being the key point of contact for anything Grind/EDM process related, specifically in the blades area

  • May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills

  • Reviewing 2D models and be translating to 3D

  • Team player, working with colleagues to solution problems and challenging current norms

  • Make decisions within a defined framework

  • Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures

  • Consulting more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or Materials)
