We are seeking an Account Manager to manage local market requests for EUNA Bussiness unit (Europe & North America), ensuring content is scaled regionally, reducing duplication, and improving efficiency. This role will oversee workflows and act as a key link between content origination and implementation.

We need a detail-oriented Account Manager who has some Project Manager skills to oversee our transcreation multichannel-campaigns from initial brief to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality content across all channels.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication in multinational environments. The Project Manager will work based in Madrid but will be connected with a multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

  • Pipeline Management: you will have visibility of all all briefs we receive via our workflow platform, it is your responsibility to ensure the internal brief owners have validated the brief type, that all information is included so that you can decide where we allocate, and most importantly, if there are any synergies we can already connect to push for scale of work across Europe. You are responsible for ensuring you are updated by the respective brief owners at a weekly frequency, to ensure you can relay and important brief information back to Regional clients or internal leads. Expertise in Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.).

  • Campaign management: To ensure synergies are created, the Account Manager needs to be knowledgable about the launched and in-production, regional and local, campaigns. So that any campaign information impacting the delivrery of a brief, is transferred to the brief owner.

  • Adaptation: Connect regularly with the Delivery Lead in Spain & Poland PGD, to ensure all type 3 & 4 briefs are on track. Additionally, you will participate on on-going connects with the Adaptation team in Spain & Poland and the Origination team to ensure the agency is delivering to the local expectations.

  • New business:

There’s always an opportunity to uncover new business in everything we do. As part of your job, alongside with the Regional Business Lead and Client Partner you will be after opportunities that will help our business growth.

Cualificaciones

You may think this is a big challenge but don’t worry, you’ll have the full support from the EUNA Client Partner. In fact, to make this work, you will both work very closely every day, supported when needed by the EUNA Business Lead. A clear roadmap and priorities will be agreed on a quarterly basis ensuring a phase approach is designed and implemented to help you grow further as this is a role with a clear progression plan whilst you continue to help the agency push forward the business vision and strategy for the upcoming years.
