What You’ll Do:
Provide insights and recommendations for corrective actions to improve quality processes.
Interpret blueprints (internal and external) with confidence and precision.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers and contribute to team success under general supervision.
Train and orient new team members, sharing your expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Certifications: J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 (IPC-A-620 certification is a bonus!).
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics or mechanics preferred.
Experience in a quality or technical role is an advantage.
Ability to make inspection decisions using blueprints and process sheets.
Familiarity with measurement tools, inspection equipment, geometric tolerancing, and statistical process control is a plus.
Our facility operates under ITAR compliance; candidates must provide required export control information.
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Overtime: Available and encouraged to maximize your earnings!
Compensation:

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
