TEKsystems Finance/Commerce New Grads - Entry Level Banking Role (Hybrid - Markham) in Markham, Ontario
Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is currently hiring Entry Level Back Office Transfer Associates to help support their corporate office located in the Markham, ON area.
Please note - this is a hybrid role, with the expectations for the candidate to work in the Markham area twice a week in office.
Job Description/Duties:
Will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Reviewing and entering data into spreadsheets using Excel
Working with colleagues to handle different financial related tasks
Escalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Follow firm and industry regulations and operating practices.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives.
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements and availability for Overtime as required.
Flexibility and availability towards team to manage seasonal volumes.
Must Have Experience/Skills:
6+ Months of Customer Service Experience (Retail, Fast Food, Etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic Functions)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
