JOB REQUIREMENTS: Read blueprints and follow state and local building codes. Precisely install kitchen and bathroom cabinets and trim work. Prepare surfaces for and install various types of tile, including cutting, setting, and grouting. Select and manage the appropriate materials needed for finishing work Able to work in a team environment Understand blueprints and other specifications Must have excellent measuring skills and attention to detail, especially for precise trim and tile installation Able to do precise trim work Experience working with hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns and glue and clamps Strong working knowledge of job safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation High standard of integrity and professionalism Must be able to follow verbal and written directives ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires tile installation skills, including experience in tile layout, cutting, installation, and grouting.
