Name of Employer: Cintas Corporation Job Location: Mason, Ohio Job Title: SAP Developer-Level 3-ABAP-HANA (Multiple positions available) Job Duties: The SAP Developer-Level 3-ABAP-HANA is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues. Limited telecommuting from within commutable distance of worksite permitted pursuant to company hybrid work policy. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent based on a combination of education and/or experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development utilizing SAP NetWeaver and ABAP technologies including any combination of at least five of the following: Workbench, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ALV Grids, Webdynpro, LSMW, BDCs, SAP Script, Workflow Customization, and SAP forms. Minimum 5 years of experience in development / configuration / solutions evaluation / validation and deployment. Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business. Minimum 1 year experience in HANA developing CDS views and AMDP procedures. Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
