About the role

Are you ready to become the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring our customers get what they need when they need it? Within the Supply Planning team & reporting to Supply Planning Manager, Supply Planner is in charge of product availability of specific brand portfolio on a France and Benelux scope.

Your responsibilities

  • Deliver Service Level & Stock Level Objectives

  • Ensure product availability in Reckitt warehouses by optimizing production plans, securing packaging, and tracking freight-in deliveries.

  • Analyze and flag out-of-stock risks while working with demand planners to anticipate forecast impacts.

  • Support NPI on new launches and SKU transitions.

  • Monitor stock evolution and address PFR, OOS, and distress issues through regular reporting.

  • Manage quality-blocked stock actions and track progress.

  • Prepare monthly deadstock reports, analyzing trends, root causes, and action plans.

  • Portfolio Management

  • Oversee the product life cycle and coordinate product change projects (NPD/EPD) with demand planning and NPD teams.

  • Communication & Reporting

  • Provide daily out of stock updates to customer service and weekly risk updates to sales and marketing.

  • Report monthly on stock levels and provisions.

  • Serve as the primary contact for factories, customer service, and logistics while maintaining collaboration with demand planning.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proficiency in English and French is a must. Both written and verbal.

  • 3-4 years in a supply chain environment, ideally with experience in supply planning and stock management.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, experience with supply planning tools, and strong analytical capabilities. SAP would be considered a plus.

  • Strong multitasking abilities, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly responsive, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Effective team player with a high level of autonomy and rigor.
