::: {bind="html: pageData().job.description"} Under general supervision of the Director of Materiels Management, the Receiving Coordinator will maintain and update all purchase orders and the coordinating reports. Compare received products to packing lists to ensure that all deliveries are complete and receive all products into Paragon. The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for tracking deliveries, troubleshooting order issues with suppliers and following up on all discrepancies. The Receiving Coordinator will also facilitate the return of damaged products to vendors and work with our buyers to update and negotiate vendor contracts. They will be responsible to track all shipments for timely deliveries and work the backorder report daily. All walkup issuing to the departments will also be the responsibility of the Receiving Coordinator. Other responsibilities include daily task assigned by management. At all times, work assignments will be determined by adjustment of work load and priority projects such as inventory. As determined by the director, the Receiving Coordinator will be assigned up to 40 hrs per week, with occasional weekend work possible. The Receiving Coordinator is expected to function within the scope of approved policies, procedures, and regulations for the department and organization. Will be responsible to assist with orientation, preceptorship, and management of personnel assigned to unit. Must be able to work and relate in a professional, nondefensive manner with peers, physicians, administration, patients, and visitors. Attendance to yearly mandatory education requirements is nonnegotiable and will be the responsibility of the employee to arrange and attend sessions. :::
