Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining aerosol equipment and lines, rebuilding machines, and performing preventative maintenance. You will also be required to troubleshoot electrical issues and work with equipment up to 480 volts. This position requires working 12-hour shifts from 5am to 5pm or 5pm to 5am, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday shifts.
Essential Skills
At least 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Mechanical maintenance skills.
Basic industrial electrical experience (up to 480 volts).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Possession of basic hand tools and a tool box.
Experience with single-phase and three-phase motors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the beverage filling industry.
Experience working on equipment with multiple stages.
Ability to identify issues with motors, relays, fuses, and perform preventive maintenance.
Skills in blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work overtime and nights as required.
Familiarity with manufacturing chemical plant operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MEDINA, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00/hr.
