Adecco US, Inc. Leasing Assistant in Memphis, Tennessee

Adecco is hiring immediately for a great opportunity for a Leasing Assistant, in Memphis, TN. A Leasing Assistant is a professional clerical position requiring someone with previous leasing experience. Because proprietary information may be accessed a confidentiality agreement must be signed before starting this temp-to-hire assignment. The work is Monday - Friday, with a 9 AM start time. Some weekends are required depending on business needs. A resume must be submitted for consideration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Presenting and leasing apartments to potential residents

  • Assisting with property management

  • Following up on leasing traffic entries

  • Completing leasing paperwork

  • Ensuring resident files are complete

  • Manage leasing-related administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate resident records

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, always ensuring a professional and friendly approach

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education and Experience RequiredMust be 18 yrs. or older

  • 6 months apartment leasing experience

  • Must have at least 6 months experience in a clerical or customer service capacity

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
