Location: Middletown, NY but will service all of Orange County NY
$26.45 Hourly
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility needed; On-call responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our Preventive Program. The goal of this program is to strengthen families, stabilize, and maintain family functioning.

Job Description:
In this role you will:
Supervise and coordinate activities of caseworkers.
Assign families, manage caseloads and coordinate the activities of caseworkers
Support staff members in analyzing case challenges, review case records, evaluate performance of staff and participate in developing and implementing agency administrative policy.
Lead development of safety plans for families during crisis and emergencies.
Train new employees in their role as well as on-going trainings to promote skill development
Coordinate with caseworkers in the family court setting in making recommendations, handling emergency placement, and forming emergency service plan for families.
Maintain relationship with Department of Social Services
Generate quarterly reports, Annual Review, and complete monthly reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Human Services field
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in Child Welfare or community-based family services, with a preferred background in the provision of preventive services
Excellent computer and organizational skills
Flexibility of schedule a MUST
