Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist based in Midland, Texas. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, managing our front desk on a daily basis and offering administrative support across the organization. This role is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable with tasks such as handling phone calls and customer inquiries, managing office schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and redirected as necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.

• Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all customer and company information is accurately recorded.

• Oversee email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, establishing positive relationships with team members and clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data and communications.

• Organize files and documents, ensuring the office remains orderly and efficient.

• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar, ensuring all meetings and events are accurately recorded. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a similar role such as Receptionist

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the organization

• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a customer-first approach in all interactions

• Experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required

• Experience in organizing files, demonstrating a systematic approach to record keeping

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the organization
