Job Title: PCB Wash Operator
Location: Milpitas, CA
Compensation and Shift: 3pm-11pm M-F + OT as business needs, $18-22 depending on experience
Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced PCB Wash Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating machinery within the PCB manufacturing industry. This role involves careful handling and cleaning of PCBs, ensuring they are properly loaded into the washing machine and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate washing machines to clean PCBs, ensuring they are free of residual flux, contaminants, and debris.
Carefully load PCBs into the machine, making sure they are securely placed in the bracket for washing.
Understand and follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and safety documents.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
Monitor the washing process to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating machinery in the PCB manufacturing industry.
Ability to understand and follow MPI and safety documents.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
