Job Description: Primary Job Duties: Strategic Responsibilities: 50% Operationalize Strategic Plans: Translate the Digital team\'s strategic goals into actionable tasks and projects, driving business outcomes, alignment and accountability across stakeholders. * Develop and Implement Plans: Contribute to the creation and execution of short, medium, and long-term strategies for the Oracle alliance, ensuring alignment with Baker Tilly\'s strategic goals. * Monitor and Support Strategy Execution: Actively track the progress of ongoing initiatives tied to the Digital team\'s strategy, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. * Evaluate and Improve Alliance Activities: Assess the effectiveness of Oracle alliance activities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as Oracle Alliance Expert: Serve as the primary expert on the Oracle alliance, handling requests creatively and adapting processes to meet evolving internal and external needs. Support Cross-Alliance Collaboration: Collaborate with other Digital-Enterprise Packaged Solutions alliance leads to share best practices and support joint initiatives to maximize value across Digital-Enterprise Packaged Solutions alliances. Evaluate New Partnerships: Participate in the evaluation of potential new alliance relationships to expand strategic opportunities aligned with team strategy.
