Aerotek Hydraulic Press Operator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Title: Hydraulic Press Operator

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating a hydraulic press to help fabricate metal and parts for transmission systems.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate hydraulic press machines.

  • Fabricate metal parts for transmission systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.

  • Use quality tools such as calipers and micrometers.

  • Operate and set up CNC machines.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines.

  • 3+ years of experience reading blueprints.

  • 3+ years of experience using quality tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Haas (Milling and Turning).

  • Experience with Star (Swiss Machines).

  • Experience with Hardinge (Fanuc control).

  • Experience with Prototrak.

  • Experience with Esprit software.

  • Programming experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes three shifts: 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6am).

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
