Molding Operator
Job Description
Candidates will be moving between both the injection mold and assembly areas. Injection mold operation consists of closing the door, pressing go, unloading the part, and basic trimming of the part. Assembly will consist of putting very basic plastic medical parts together and packaging them. Work can be very repetitive, so candidates need to be comfortable with that. Candidates will also be utilizing microscopes, so experience with microscopes is required.
Responsibilities
Operate injection mold equipment, including closing the door, pressing go, unloading the part, and basic trimming of the part.
Assemble basic plastic medical parts and package them.
Read and interpret work orders.
Maintain consistent attendance and a positive attitude.
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation.
Experience with assembly.
Ability to read work orders.
Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Some manufacturing experience would be very helpful.
Injection mold experience is a plus but not required.
Experience with microscopes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
