Job Description:

Provides support in examining current sales administration and operational processes to identify process improvements, optimize efficiencies, and collaborate with management to evaluate and implement identified improvements. Assists in monitoring performance dashboards to assess sales performances and track sales reports and critical metrics in order to remain well-versed on sales team capabilities and hindrances. Maintains engaging and effective customer relationships by providing order processing and product support, informing on product shortages and price changes, investigating customer inquiries, and escalating product complaints. Loads new customer information into the organizations customer relationship management system to enable conversion and enhance retention leads. Works to develop an in-depth knowledge of product information and troubleshooting processes, major innovations regarding sales and customer management systems, and relevant metrics that evaluate sales performance. Compiles systematic reports for senior management that outline customer inquiries and complaints, reasons for product returns, and competitor product pricing to help inform on pertinent sales, market, and industry trends.
