Pennsylvania State Job Bank Dental Laboratory Technician (Removal Prosthesis) in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania
For a full-service dental laboratories company providing dental prosthetic appliances (American Dental Designs, Inc. - Montgomeryville, PA): responsible for fabrication, assembly and repair of full arch hybrid denture and ceramic prosthetics; read prescriptions and consult with dentists to resolve problems concerning prescription specifications and to establish cost and delivery agreements; perform tasks related to fabrication and repair of dentures and ceramic as needed to expedite workflow; inspect cases in progress and upon completion to ensure conformance to prescription specifications; order requisite materials and supplies; and perform other duties as described under the Dental Laboratory Technical position.
Requirements:
Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Dental Surgery, Dentistry, Biology or a related field.
1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician. The required experience must include fabrication, assembly, and repair of dentures, producing complete dentures, metal casting partial dentures and flexible partial dentures and implant prostheses.
Knowledge of fabricating and designing dental prosthetics and anatomy.
