The Business Systems Analyst works with IT team members, business leaders, consultants, and end users in coordinating and developing solutions in a Dynamics AX environment (clouds and on premise) from concept through implementation and support. This role coordinates with internal personnel, external partners/consultants, provides leadership, and contributes directly in projects and support.
Responsibilities:
Serve a key role in analyzing client data, developing report deliverables, and presenting recommendations to facilitate decision-making processes with senior executives.
Interpret data in order to support business groups and senior executives on recordkeeping and reporting, finance processes, operational requirements, and accounting. Meet with senior executives and participate in strategy sessions on key business matters.
Generate reports for Accounting, Engineering, General Managers and Senior Management. Set up processes for auto generation of “canned” reports on regular basis.
Provide training and increase customer awareness on systems issues and functionalities.
Manage customer portfolios and databases.
Requirements of the Marketing Events Project Manager:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
4-6 years of relevant experience
Significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics AX environment including ERP development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to effectively plan, facilitate, and participate in meetings with employees from all organizational levels.
Must possess excellent problem solving, analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to the ability to think creatively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office suite
