Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide technical assistance and resolve electrical or engineering problems before, during, and after construction. This role involves assembling electrical and electronic systems, collaborating with engineers, analyzing test information, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities
Provide basic technical assistance and resolution for electrical or engineering problems encountered before, during, and after construction.
Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units.
Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including those that are relay-controlled, microprocessor-based, or PLC logic-based.
Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
Prepare project cost and work-time estimates when needed.
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately.
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area).
Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience with industrial machinery (ideal 2-4 years).
Experience with mechanical systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, PMs, troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical systems (plus): Phase 3, AC/DC, trainable with PLC logic.
Must have own tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
CNC maintenance experience is a plus.
Experience with industrial, electrical troubleshooting, 3-phase systems, maintenance repair, schematic and blueprint reading, conveyor systems, motors, installation, industrial maintenance, and electrical maintenance.

Work Environment
The work environment is a very clean and neat plant. The available shift is 2nd shift (2pm-10pm).
