Role and Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care.
Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse community.
Answering and directing phone calls, providing information as needed.
Coordinating appointments and maintaining schedules for residents and staff.
Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with staff to resolve resident and family inquiries promptly.
Ensuring a warm and inviting environment in all interactions.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English: Required for effective communication.
Customer Service Experience: Preferred in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
