Position Summary

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with recruiters and many internal partners to support various stages of the recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of OFCCP compliance regulations and a solid commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, you will be involved in exploring and creating career fair events, as well as outreach for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.

Principal Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication, answer inquiries, and ensure candidates have a positive experience from application to onboarding.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide logistical support and ensure a seamless interview process for all parties involved.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the onboarding, including ensuring the candidate follows the appropriate workflow within ATS.

• Communicating progress with hiring managers, candidates, and the internal recruitment team, highlighting any changes or potential delays.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with a global team is preferred.

• Maintain a current understanding of OFCCP regulations and ensure all recruitment activities follow compliance and federal guidelines.

• Assist with posting career opportunities to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, local universities/colleges, and technical programs as directed by the recruitment team.

• Provide other administrative support as needed or assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

• 5+ years working within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

• Experience utilizing customer service and administrative skills in a business or office environment.

• Demonstrated experience with OFCCP compliance and an understanding of federal regulations related to recruitment is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
