Our client is located in Mountain View. They are looking for an experienced payroll coordinator who has utilized Paycom and ideally speaks spanish. Please if this sounds like a good fit!
TYPE: Temp(3-4 months)
LOCATION: Onsite in Mountain View
PAY: $30-$33 per hour
SCHEDULE: M-F Full-time
They are looking to start someone ASAP!

Responsibilities
Process accurate payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Verify timesheets, employee records, and payroll data; resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Communicate payroll information in both English and Spanish to employees.
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.
Deduct and manage union dues, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
Stay updated on payroll laws and tax regulations; ensure compliance.
Handle payroll tax filings (e.g., W-2s, 1099s) and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with HR for new hire integration and termination pay.
Ensure accuracy in final paychecks, including vacation and sick leave payouts.
Assist in payroll system improvements and special projects.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all payroll records.

Union Payroll
Payroll Processing (2 years of experience is required)
Payroll - 500+ Spanish
Paycom (2 years of experience is required)
Workday (2 years of experience is required)
Excel Pivot Tables (1 year of experience is required)
