As the Global LTS Monetization Finance Manager, you will hold a pivotal position in providing insights that will help influence the financial strategy and execution of monetization initiatives across our organization. Your primary focus will be on shaping and leading financial analysis for strategic initiatives focused on top-line drivers and growth levers, such as market expansion, product to field monetization, and sizing pricing initiatives for LTS (field) while performing deep dives, generating bookings growth projections, and cultivating strategic alliances across various teams (both regionally and globally). Working closely with the Director of Global Monetization, you will also collaborate with the development of LTS's long-term projections, insights, and recommendations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Influence Global LTS Financial Planning:

  • Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives focused on top-line growth, such as market expansion, new product launches, and pricing strategies.

  • Collaborate in shaping the long-range financial planning processes, employing advanced Excel modeling techniques to offer insights and recommendations.

  • Support the development of global-scale monetization strategies, contributing valuable insights to shape the company's future financial trajectory.

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Global Monetization to ensure alignment with overarching strategic objectives and trends.

Drive Bookings Growth Projection Insights and Conduct Deep Dives on Key Metrics:

  • Utilize expertise to generate bookings growth projection insights, leveraging financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making. This includes pulling and analyzing your own data sets to uncover valuable insights and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses and "deep dives" on key business metrics, identifying trends, patterns, risks, and areas of opportunity. Translate findings into actionable insights to optimize monetization strategies and drive bookings growth, utilizing advanced modeling techniques.

Foster Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across various teams within the organization, including Biz Ops, SOPS, Pricing, EP Programs, GTM teams, and regional stakeholders. Foster collaboration and alignment to maximize insights effectiveness while closely collaborating to understand their specific needs and objectives.

Stay Informed and Proactive:

  • Keep abreast of market developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of monetization efforts and partnership initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; or relevant work experience  

  • 6+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, with a focus on forecasting, revenue projection, and strategic financial management 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. Proficient in building models from scratch and utilizing advanced analytical techniques. 

  • Self-driven individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to work independently. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across all levels of the organization. 

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting. 

  • Prior experience in corporate or strategic FP&A is advantageous

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $171,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
