Assistant home Manager -- Full Time
Locations: Fruitport, MI
Starting Pay: $16.88/hr Increase to $17.25/hr after 90 successful days Primarily 1st Shift, Premiums for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Your Role & Responsibilities: As an Assistant Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our residents and leading staff in a home setting. You will: Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that prioritizes dignity and independence Collaborate with clinicians, licensing consultants, and guardians to meet residents' needs Oversee daily operations, including documentation, medical follow-ups, and care plans Provide strong leadership by mentoring and guiding staff Step in as a leader when the Home Manager is unavailable Handle on-call responsibilities and coordinate emergency responses Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing regulations Advocate for residents' rights and quality of life
What We're Looking For: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Some college coursework preferred) ? At least two years of Direct Care experience ? Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills ? A compassionate, mission-driven mindset ? Valid, unrestricted Michigan driver's license and a good driving record ? Ability to pass a satisfactory background check
