Job Description:
Curate and craftseasonal cocktailsusingfresh, local ingredientsthat reflect the spirit of the season.
Providepersonalized, luxury service, engaging guests with knowledge ofwine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
Create awarm and welcoming atmosphere, balancing speed with genuine hospitality.
Maintain aclean, organized, and well-stocked barin an outdoor setting.
Adhere tostate and local serving guidelines, ensuring compliance with all safety and liquor laws.
Collaborate with the team to enhance theguest experience and beverage offerings.

Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:Askilled bartenderwith experience inhigh-end, fast-paced bar environments.Passionforseasonal ingredients and craft cocktails.Anatural conversationalistwho can engage guests and enhance their experience.Ability tomultitask efficiently whilemaintaininggrace under pressure.Knowledge ofCalifornia alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices.Experience inluxury hospitality or Forbes-rated properties is a plus.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
