Description Our client seeks an efficient Sales Support Specialist focused on the Healthcare I.T. industry. This role, starting with sales support duties, offers growth potential into a recruiter or business development position with independent client management. Responsibilities include reaching out to clients via phone, email, and social media, assisting with RFPs, supporting marketing initiatives, and attending industry conferences. The candidate will learn industry terminology, HEC’s client tracking system, and recruiting functions while using various recruiting platforms. Ideal candidates have 4 years of inside sales or sales support experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, efficient, and a proactive, resourceful approach are essential. This in-office role (4 days per week) involves collaborative decision-making and emphasizes building trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
