ENSIGN STAFFING Selling Branch Manager in NEPHI, Utah

Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Branch Manager to lead staffing operations at our Nephi branch. Responsibilities include business development, client acquisition, staffing, and drug screening services. This role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building. Maintain existing client relationships.
  • Staffing & Recruitment: Manage recruitment for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring strong talent pools and compliance with policies.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring legal compliance and handling administrative tasks.
  • Drug Screening Services: Administer and coordinate drug screenings, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Promote services through social media, email campaigns, and community engagement. Attend local events to increase visibility.
  • Customer Service: Support clients and employees, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in staffing or sales management.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to manage a branch independently.
  • Knowledge of drug screening processes or willingness to be trained.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
