What you will do:
As part of our Avanade X Practice Customer Experience, you will develop solutions to client specifications and contribute to solution specifications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications that create a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Must-have Skills:
Advanced knowledge in React.js and Next.js
Solid experience with CSS/HTML
Experience with Storybook & Chromatic
Familiarity with development using GitHub Copilot
Understanding of the agile Design to Dev process
Experience with Front-End integration
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products and Azure
Specialized Knowledge (at least one of the following):
Sitecore knowledge (Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Ordercloud, Sitecore Contenthub, Sitecore CDP)
Experience with Microsoft Power Pages
Good to Have:
Knowledge of SEO research tools
Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
Familiarity with Figma
Experience with Mural / Design Thinking
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
Skills in Microsoft365
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights

Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
Proactive attitude, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
Persuasiveness through a service-oriented mindset and actions.
Enthusiasm, high self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
Enjoyment of new and complex challenges, as well as working in a diverse team.
Willingness to travel (depending on project assignments).
