Job Description: Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by answering product and service questions, making suggestions to aid customers' decisions and completing detailed job orders for processing. Will cheerfully answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Will physically do simple assembly of signs to customer's request. Will package and complete all paperwork for Fed Ex shipments.
Qualifications: No experience required; company will train. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking. Must have basic office equipment (especially copier/printer) and computer skills, exemplary customer service skills and a good work ethic. Must have excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills while performing tasks and be committed to meeting deadlines. Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 pounds and be physically able to do frequent stooping.
