Hyatt Food & Beverage Operations Manager in NEW YORK CITY, New York

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which may include restaurants, lounges, coffee bars, or club lounges. The salary range for this position is $64,350.00 to $70,000.
· Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food and beverages
· Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction and implementing improvements as necessary
· Monitor financial transactions and budget adherence, including payroll
· Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
· Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
· Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
· Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
Qualifications:
· Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
· 2 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience
· Proven leadership skills
· Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
