Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and design processes and systems

  • Assess the current state and identify customer requirements

  • Define the future state and/or business solution

  • Research, gather, and synthesize information

  • Provide innovative solutions to problems

    Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with JReview & EDC System

  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Clinical Data Management experience

  • Pharma R D Clinical Systems experience

  • GxP Compliance experience

  • Oracle SQL experience

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
