We are seeking a transformative, visionary, and execution focused Head of Citi Wealth Hub to reimagine, unify, and modernize the advisor workstation, CRM, and productivity tools that empower our financial advisors and bankers across all wealth segments - from consumer wealth to ultra-high-net-worth private banking – and ultimately to optimize practice management to deliver the firm to clients, take scale actions, and drive growth.
This leader will drive the strategic development of a single, integrated platform “pane of glass” that enables advisors to manage the wealth management process end-to-end with their book of clients; supporting their practice and enabling their growth. The platform will include integrations with CRM, asset aggregation, as well as integrated data views from planning, proposals, analytics, and account maintenance, portfolio management, supervision/compliance, and practice management tools - creating a best-in-class digital experience that optimizes advisor productivity, reduces costs, and accelerates business growth of net new assets. This will also require deep understanding of client, custody, onboarding, and product data structures to enable AI based integrations and automation, as well as unification of architecture to resilient state.
The ideal candidate takes a metrics driven approach to development, and is an expert in scaled agile delivery, experienced in transforming complex wealth management platforms, rationalizing multi-vendor landscapes, and implementing modern, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions. This leader will partner closely with Technology, Design, Data, and Operations teams to ensure world-class execution while fostering an agile delivery organization that is faster, more efficient, and user-centric. Ultimately, the workstation hub strategic development should reduce client acquisition costs, increase revenue and growth to full service, holistic advice at scale, mitigate platform risks with systemic controls, and lower platform costs by consolidating functional components.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and execute the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Wealth Hub Platform, delivering a unified and scalable solution across the firms global wealth segments
Drive the consolidation of disparate advisor tools into a modern, single pane-of-glass, platform that enhances advisor efficiency, scale, practice management, and client engagement
Lead competitive analysis to identify opportunities to leapfrog the market, creating an industry-leading digital advisor experience comparable to or exceeding competitors
Define the future advisor mobile experience, ensuring advisors have access to their workstation tools on the go
Platform Development
Analyze and determine the future operating model for the Wealth Workstation
Integrated Advisor and Client horizontals to drive book scale actions, including:
Digital platforms harmonization
Householding/Party ID/Product data structures
Entitlement/Roles framework
Goals based planning
Next best action
Analytics/Investment proposals monitoring
Client profiling
Onboarding, account maintenance
Content management
CRM
Book and client dashboard
Risk management

Alerts management
Identify which existing applications should be integrated, reimagined, or decommissioned
Establish a long-term vendor strategy, selecting the right partners for future innovation while rationalizing the vendor landscape to optimize costs and functionality
Modernize internal development and UX frameworks, ensuring consistency and high performance
Oversee UX and UI design in collaboration with the design team, ensuring intuitive, modern, and data-driven interfaces
Advisor & Client Experience Transformation
Create a best-in-class advisor experience, optimizing workflows to enable advisors to scale their business, maximize efficiency, and achieve their goals
Reimagine account onboarding end-to-end in partnership with Operations, making it seamless, digital-first, and automated where possible
Partner with Artificial Intelligence and Data Insights teams to integrate: Next-best-action recommendations, automated workflows for repetitive tasks and predictive insights to enhance advisor decision-making
Implement automation and controls to reduce risk, improve compliance oversight, and streamline supervision processes
Advisor & Client Delivery Transformation
Lead the transition to a scaled agile delivery model, ensuring a highly efficient, product-driven organization
Build a team of experienced product managers to drive the goals of wealth
Foster an innovation culture, accelerating the delivery of new capabilities while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
Establish clear OKRs / KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, platform effectiveness, and impact on net new investment assets and fee-based income growth
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience leading and managing financial advisory technology, digital wealth / investment platforms or digital transformation in Wealth Management
Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale digital advisor workstation transformations in global wealth management firms
Deep expertise in advisor technology ecosystems, including CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, and workflow automation
Strong experience in vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners
Expertise in scaled agile transformation, with a track record of building world-class product teams in large enterprises
Experience in data-driven decision-making, AI-driven advisory tools, and automation
Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills to drive high-impact organizational change
Proven ability to drive cost savings through legacy technology decommissioning and platform modernization
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented cross-functional environment across multiple geographies
