Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Business Execution Consultant in New York, NY.
Job Role and Responsibility: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute large scale, cross-functional programs. This includes development and ongoing management of plan and execution through full delivery lifecycle. Proactively engage program sponsors and stakeholder leadership in prioritization decisions. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, manage delivery risk, and create efficiencies. Support development of architecture strategy and design for key business capabilities. Develop robust roadmaps for delivery with core stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Quantitative Modeling teams. Drive resolution of complex problems through structured analysis, assessment of solution options, and proposals with well-formed communications. Lead program governance / stakeholder forums with clear and timely reporting of status, identification and mitigation of material risks and issues, and robust dependency management. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days a week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications :
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience.
Specific skills required:
Five (5) years of experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through completion;
Five (5) years of experience with driving change within trading and risk/capital systems or related initiatives;
Five (5) years of experience in business process/solution architecture design;
Five (5) years of execution experience in defining scope, requirements, and design of integrated business, modeling, and technology solutions;
Five (5) years of experience of coordinating and managing Sprint Cycles using Agile methodology across multiple engineering and technology support teams (Front End, Middle Tier and Backend Applications); and
Five (5) years of experience in managing end-to-end testing of financial model and technology change, including system integration, regression, user acceptance, and coordination across impacted functions.
Salary: $193,003 - $206,100
