ConEdison Manager- GIS Infrastructure Project Team Manager in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. or
Master's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Master's Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
Proven experience in GIS infrastructure management, with a focus on Windows server systems.
Strong understanding of scheduling tasks, creating batch jobs, and optimizing server resources.
Knowledge of FTP protocols for data transfer and TNS names for Oracle databases.
Project-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and execute complex GIS infrastructure projects.
Experience in coordinating with other teams to ensure GIS infrastructure aligns with broader IT initiatives.
Expertise in software installation and configuration, ensuring system compatibility.
