Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize features and user stories to be created; Understands the "what and the why" and their relationships with the OKRs and how each of that may impact the customer

  • Be able to refine features and user stories - well inadvance so that there is a deep backlog of user stories and features with dependencies identified

  • Drive scrum calls ensuring all scrum ceremonies are kept intact

  • Ensure capacity and team planning views are updated; Must have agility in using Rally, Aha tools to create and leverage views

  • Understand voice of customer, and prioritize features to drive toward specific outcomes

  • Create release notes for a technical data product

  • Understand and incorporate the voice of customer into the feature outcomes

  • Demo the outcomes achieved with internal stakeholders

  • Accountable for any playbooks / product fact sheets that will need to be created to market usecases to additional consumers

  • Be able to demo a technical data product and liase with the architecture, engineering and business partner to ensure business needs are appropriately understood, and transposed to the product teams

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM programs, or a related field with specific experience in product management and Agile principles

  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management

  • Experience on Healthcare Electronic Medical Records, linical data, HL7 / FHIR standards

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Solid technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Possess an in-depth understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks

  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Rally and Aha

  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

  • Proven solid business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with overall business goals

  • Proven solid customer focus, with the ability to gather and understand customer needs

  • Proven excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in Healthcare domain and specifically Provider, Value Based Care and Ambulatory care
