Primary Responsibilities:
Act as an Execution lead closely partnering with the Program teams, Technical Leads, Architects & Business Owner to guide investment
Facilitate coordination and dependency alignment within the work streams or between the workstream and other Scrum Teams
Maintain resource forecasts/plans in sync with Product roadmap
Ensure PPMO/time entry is in sync with the resource plans/forecasts
Hiring requisition tracking and progress reporting for Program and Business owners
Work stream impediment removal
Maintain relevant metrics that increases transparency and informs adaptive decision making
Communication and engagement at multiple levels with both internal and external stakeholders
Drive the budget at scrum team level
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Program, Project, Product or IT experience
1+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
High proficiency in MS Excel and project financials
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
Experience with agile management tools (i.e., Rally)
Experience with financial acumen with experience managing budgets exceeding $2M or more
Solid understanding of Scaled Agile Framework
Proven excellent communication skills in written and spoken form
Proven excellent speaking, facilitating and resolution skills
