We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the heart of CANTON, Ohio. The successful candidate will become a part of a dynamic team, working within a bustling industry. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing customer credit applications, maintaining records, and dealing with customer inquiries.
This is a permanent position that offers standard business hours. It is fully on site but after training, can go to hybrid.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure all information is current and precise
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying any irregularities and taking appropriate action
• Carry out account reconciliation tasks, ensuring all financial data aligns and is correct
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring all charges are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner
• Manage cash applications, ensuring all payments are correctly applied to the relevant accounts
• Ensure all Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Must have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Expertise in Billing processes is essential.
• Proficiency in Cash Applications is needed.
