Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting aerosol equipment and lines, rebuilding machines, and performing preventive maintenance. The position requires working with electrical components up to 480V, ensuring a safe and clean work area, and may include occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on aerosol equipment and lines
Rebuild machines as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance and upkeep of machines
Troubleshoot electrical issues and wire motors and relays
Work with electrical components up to 480V
Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times
Essential Skills
At least 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Mechanical maintenance skills
Basic industrial electrical experience (up to 480V)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with single and 3-phase motors
Possession of basic hand tools and a toolbox
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the beverage filling industry is a plus
Ability to work on equipment with multiple stages
Knowledge of identifying issues with motors, relays, fuses, and preventive maintenance
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, welding, and PLC control
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher is a plus
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Familiarity with manufacturing chemical plant operations
Ability to work overtime and nights as required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MEDINA, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00/hr.
