Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic student worker with a passion for both communication and design to join our international team. This combined role will involve creating engaging content in various formats, enhancing presentations, and creating designs based on our Corporate Visual Identity (CVI). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop practical skills in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours.

You will be a part of the Danfoss Group Digital & IT, Business Partnering and Transformation, Change Enablement & Training team with colleagues from all over the world. Your visual contributions will support our mission of driving innovation and a seamless user experience through effective change management.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging written content such as articles, blog posts, and other materials to support change communication initiatives.

• Visual Communication: Design compelling infographics, illustrations, and other graphic elements to enhance communications, including those supporting tool/process adoption, awareness campaigns, and other change initiatives. Ensure all visuals align with our CVI.

• Presentation Enhancement: Polish PowerPoint slides, incorporating strong visual elements and ensuring clear, concise messaging.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including motion graphic designers and other stakeholders, to ensure content alignment and project success.

• Platform Management: Manage and update content on internal social media and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.) and monitor engagement and analyze feedback.

• Project Management: Contribute to content calendar development and manage individual content projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Studies in multimedia design, graphic design, communication, or a related field.

• Valid student status in Serbia.

• Strong understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color) and CVI application.

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma) and presentation software (PowerPoint).

• Reliability and independent way of working.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your own work and contribute to the team success.
